เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น
เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น เป็นอุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าอีกชนิดหนึ่งที่มีใช้กันเกือบทุกบ้าน ทั้งยังได้รับความนิยมเป็นอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะในช่วงฤดูหนาวจะมีการซื้อเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นเพิ่มขึ้น ดังนั้นลองมาเรียนรู้วิธีใช้เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นให้ถูกต้อง เพื่อช่วยประหยัดค่าไฟและป้องกันอันตรายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น มีทั้งหมด 2 ประเภท

เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ทำงานด้วยหลักการนำความร้อนจากขดลวดความร้อน (Electrical Heater) ในขณะที่มีน้ำไหลผ่าน ส่วนประกอบของเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นประกอบด้วยตัวถังน้ำสำหรับบรรจุน้ำร้อน ขดลวดความร้อน ซึ่งเป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ให้น้ำร้อน และตัวควบคุมอุณหภูมิที่จะคอยตัดไฟเมื่ออุณหภูมิถึงระดับที่ตั้งไว้ วิธีใช้เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นให้คุ้มค่า

การดูแลเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น

พัดลม พัดลม เป็นอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าที่ช่วยระบายอากาศภายในบ้าน ผ่านคลายความร้อนได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยมีให้เลือกหลากหลายชนิด ส่วนประกอบของพัดลม ได้แก่ ใบพัด ตะแกรงคลุมใบพัด มอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า สวิตซ์ควบคุมการทำงาน รวมถึงกลไกการหมุนและส่าย
ในปัจจุบันได้มีการกำหนดให้มีฉลากประหยัดไฟเบอร์ 5 ติดอยู่บนตัวเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า เพื่อกำหนดประสิทธิภาพพลังงาน การใช้พัดลมสามารถประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายได้เป็นอย่างมาก เมื่อเทียบกับเครื่องปรับอากาศ
– เครื่องปรับอากาศขนาด 1 ตัน : 1,000 วัตต์ (เบอร์ 5) – พัดลม : 40 – 60 วัตต์
การใช้งานพัดลมอย่างถูกวิธี
– เลือกใช้ความแรงให้เหมาะสม ยิ่งปรับให้มีความแรงของลมมาก จะยิ่งใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้ามาก – ปิดพัดลมทุกครั้งหลังใช้งาน อย่าเสียบปลั๊กทิ้งไว้ เพราะจะทำให้เสียค่าไฟโดยไม่จำเป็น – วางพัดลมในจุดที่มีอากาศถ่ายเท การทำงานของพัดลม จะดูดอากาศที่อยู่รอบ ๆ จากทางด้านหลัง ปล่อยออกไปสู่ด้านหน้า การวางพัดลมในที่อากาศถ่ายเทสะดวก จะทำให้ได้รับลมเย็นสบาย ช่วยให้มอเตอร์ระบายความร้อนได้ดี – การดูแลรักษา ให้ทำความสะอาดบริเวณช่องลมตรงฝาครอบของมอเตอร์ เป็นจุดระบายความร้อนของมอเตอร์ ดังนั้นอย่าให้มีฝุ่นหรือคราบน้ำมันจับอยู่ในบริเวณนี้ เพราะจะทำประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของมอเตอร์แย่ลง ทำให้ต้องสิ้นเปลืองไฟฟ้ามากขึ้น

ส่วนประกอบและวิธีการทำงานของกระติกน้ำร้อนไฟฟ้า
สำหรับส่วนประกอบหลักของกระติกน้ำร้อนไฟฟ้าจะประกอบไปด้วยขดลวดความร้อน และมีอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ควบคุมการทำงานของเครื่อง
โดยหลักการทำงานของกระติกน้ำร้อน จะมีไฟฟ้าไหลผ่านขดลวดทำให้เกิดความร้อน ความร้อนเหล่านี้ก็จะถ่ายเทไปยังน้ำที่อยู่ในกระติก ทำให้น้ำมีอุณหภูมิสูงขึ้นจนถึงจุดเดือด แล้วอุปกรณ์ควบคุมก็จะตัดกระแสไฟฟ้าจากวงจรหลักออกไป แต่ก็ยังมีกระแสไฟฟ้าบางส่วนไหลผ่านขดลวดความร้อนอยู่ จะมีสัญญาณไฟอุ่นสว่างขึ้น จนเมื่ออุณหภูมิของน้ำในกระติกลดลงจนถึงจุดหนึ่ง อุปกรณ์ควบคุมอุณหภูมิก็จะทำงานอีกครั้ง เพื่อปล่อยกระแสไฟฟ้าผ่านขดลวดให้ความร้อนอย่างเต็มที่ ทำให้น้ำเดือดอีกครั้ง
– น้ำจะถูกปล่อยออกจากกระติก โดยการกดฝากดที่อยู่ด้านบนตัวกระติก ทำให้มีอากาศอัดเข้าไปในกระติก โดยผ่านรูระบายอากาศของฝาปิดภายในกระติก จึงทำให้เกิดแรงดันวิ่งขึ้นไปภายในท่อและทำให้น้ำออกมาทางพวยกระติกได้ – กระติกน้ำร้อนที่มีวางขายโดยทั่วไป ตามร้านขายเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าจะมีความจุ 2 – 4 ลิตร โดยใช้กำลังไฟฟ้าตั้งแต่ 500 – 1,300 วัตต์
วิธีใช้กระติกน้ำร้อนเพื่อช่วยประหยัดพลังงาน
– ก่อนอื่นควรเลือกซื้อกระติกน้ำร้อนที่มีมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม – ใส่น้ำให้พอเหมาะกับความต้องการ อย่าใส่น้ำมากเกินไป เพราะจะทำให้สูญเสียพลังงานเพิ่มขึ้น อาจทำให้กระติกเกิดความเสียหายได้ – อย่าปล่อยให้น้ำแห้ง การปล่อยให้ระดับน้ำต่ำกว่าขีดที่กำหนดจนน้ำแห้งจะทำให้เกิดไฟฟ้าลัดวงจรภายในกระติก จนก่อให้เกิดอันตรายได้ – ใช้เสร็จควรถอดปลั๊กออกทันที เพื่อช่วยประหยัดพลังงาน ไม่ควรเสียบปลั๊กทิ้งไว้ตลอดเวลา แต่หากจำเป็นต้องใช้น้ำร้อนอยู่ตลอดเวลาในระยะสั้น ๆ เช่น ในที่ทำงาน สำนักงาน แผนกต้อนรับลูกค้า ก็ไม่ควรดึงปลั๊กออก เพราะจะทำให้อุณหภูมิของน้ำลดลง การเสียบปลั๊กใหม่จะทำให้สิ้นเปลืองพลังงานมากขึ้น – หลีกเลี่ยงการตั้งกระติกน้ำร้อนไว้ในห้องที่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ
การดูแลรักษา
– ตรวจสอบสายไฟและขั้วปลั๊กไฟให้อยู่ในสภาพดีเสมอ – ใช้น้ำสะอาดเท่านั้นสำหรับการต้ม เพราะน้ำที่สกปรกจะทำให้ผิวภายในกระติกเปลี่ยนสี เกิดเป็นคราบสนิมและตะกรั่น – ทำความสะอาดด้านในของกระติก อย่าให้เกิดคราบตะกรั่น เพราะจะทำให้เกิดการต้านทานการถ่ายเทความร้อนจากขดลวดไปสู่น้ำ ทำให้ใช้เวลาต้มน้ำนานมากขึ้น – ใช้กระติกเสร็จให้ล้างทำความสะอาดด้านใน แล้วคว่ำกระติกลง เพื่อให้น้ำไหลออกจากระติก แล้วใช้ผ้าเช็ดให้แห้ง – ใช้ผ้าเช็ดบิดหมาด เช็ดส่วนต่าง ๆ ของกระติก ได้แก่ ฝากระติก โดยควรค่อยๆ เช็ดอย่างระมัดระวัง – ใช้น้ำยาทำความสะอาด ล้างฝาปิดด้านใน – ใช้ฟองน้ำเช็ดทำความสะอาดด้านในตัวกระติก ไม่ควรใช้น้ำราดลงบนตัวกระติกโดยตรง
